Hello my beautiful bloggers!! So, I am sitting here @ work thinking about how long it's been since I've blogged & I decided to log in & say Hi to my dear friends!! I'm so sorry I have been M.I.A. for so many months, I feel horrible! Apparently, I can't work & parent & have a life all at the same time....=\
Anywho, I am going to try to blog more this year! It may not be about scrapbooking so much, but I promise it will be interesting none the less<3
I hope you are all doing well & starting off 2012 in good cheer!

P.S. for those of you wondering about Twelve by Twelve Designs, I haven't designed in soooo long, but I'm not going to rule it just yet! Maybe, if I could make some time for it, I can whip something up!! We'll see! Chow for now....

Long time no blog?

All your suspicions can come to rest, I am alive! Wow, guys so much has happen & I have been busier than ever.
Earlier this year, Nick & I decided to give us another go! He moved to AZ with Alex & I & we are all doing pretty good! We are all really happy. You know these things happen & sometimes you just need a break to clear your head. Life is good.
I also got a full time job & have been extremely busy with that. I love my job!
So, in case you were wondering that is what has been going on.
I have not had time to design anything but might try to do a little something for you guys soon! Maybe not a full kit, but who knows!
At the moment, I have been trying not to take on more than I can handle, since things are still kinda up in the air on whether we'll stay in AZ or move back to CA, so I am just on the DL for now!!
Back in February, Twelve by Twelve Designs turned one & I was so out of it I just couldn't put anything together, but I'd like to take the opportunity to say thank you to all the fans!! You guys kept me going! Hopefully I'll be back with some new stuff soon! Thank you always for coming by, reading, downloading, & using my products, it means the world to me guys!! Have an awesome rest of your weekend, bye!!!

Ok I am short on time but I really have so much to share!! Ok first, I got a job!!!! YAY! I'm so excited! It's everything I could have asked for & more! I hope to start on the 10th!!!
Second, I was lucky enough to be approched by a wonderful designer to join her CT & I said yes! I now am a lucky girl who gets to play with designs from T for me Designs @ SugarHill co.!!! Awesome right!! I feel so lucky, I LOVE her designs! There fun & fresh!! Here's a few LO's I created using her designs!!!

Love em all!!! She is truly so talented!

Third, I have been apart of DHD for about 6 months & I LOVE being a part of such a wonderful site!! I have so much fun over there! Well today is their Birthday & they are celebrating BIG!!!

There's a lot of goodness going on over there!! Don't miss out, go on over to DHD to get the scoop! It'll be worth it girls!!

Last year I really wanted to do project 365, but obviously I didn't want to capture anything past May! But I'm going to give it a go again this year & I have a good feeling I'll do alright!! Here's my choice photo today for January 1, 2011:

I'm back with some new kit's to share, but first I have a question! I hope someone could help me out! Ok, I really wanted to update my blog header so I made an awesome new one that's a GIF!! But I have no idea how to post the new one......any suggestions?

Anywho, I have two kits to share from the talented Che Yang, from Che yang Designs! The first one is a collab with Scooty Designs. It's called Autum Romance. It's so beautiful & soft. I used this kit & did a soft girly LO for Alexandra, I think it's lovely! Here what I came up with:

My apologies for taking sooooo long to share a post, I'm super embarrassed!!! But I'm here now & have tons to share so, get comfy!!
First I'll share about family life, things are really great! Halloween was a lot of fun, here's a quick photo Alex & I:

We had a great time!

We also took a very quick trip to California to celebrate my sister getting married! We had a great time & we were able to see Nick, which was great!

I have tons of photo's to edit from the trip, I've only gotten to a hand full! The trip was fast, but so worth it! Also found out, my sister is expecting a little girl!! YAY!! So excited for her!

The last thing I'll talk about for family is a photo shoot Alex & I had @ a nearby creek! The pictures came out great, here's a few!

Hi everyone, I have a very special treat for you.....a new freebie!!! I'm so excited to be back designing, I just finished my new kit in just days!! There was creativity just oozing out of me!!!

Anywho, back to the freebie! I simply love this kit! The color combo just fits so nicely together, there's many variations of frames to play with, & the papers are so lovely! & no kit could be complete with elements & I love these elements too!!! I really hope you all love this kit, it is a bitter sweet kit, since it was the last I made back home.

From what my mother told me, one of my father's favorite quotes was "Bloom where you are planted" & I think it is so fitting of my life right now. Some things happen that shake up your entire world, but you must find strength to get what lessons you can out of those hardships. I'm a believer of hope, faith, love, & dreams. Sometimes it is hard to find your way through the dark but fear not because you will see light soon. We all will have our defining moment or moments in life, & I hope all of you will make the best out of them & always have hope! I know I do & I thank the lord for that!!!

I'm so proud of this kit & so thrilled that I have started to design again! I was able to make some LO's show casing this kit, & I really love how they came out!! & I was happy to scrap using my own portraits too!!

I'm back with more goodies & some really fun news, but first I want to talk about Twelve by Twelve!! So, there's been a lot going on in my personal life, most of you know & I really have lost my inspiration to design. To be honest I haven't even sat down & started anything new. But the more I think about the more I miss it! So, I started designing a new kit!! I'm soooo excited! So that's a little news about that & if I can maybe I can get a freebie out to you this week! It's called "Bloom." It was made before all this happened so I'm anxious to get it out to you gals!!

Alright ladies, so here's some great stuff I got to play with this last week. There's a few new designer's over @ DHD & one of them is Karla Dudley! I had the opportunity to work with some of her products!Her creations are really soft & pretty! I had a blast creating some LO's.

The first kit is called "Modern Marvel"

It's a beautiful kit & here's what I created using it:

I also picked up her cute Halloween kit called, "Spook."

It's so simple & sweet! I really enjoyed using it! Here's what I came up with:

That's my little sweet girl @ 5 months!! Total cuteness, if I do say so myself!! She was a kitty cat! I just want to pinch her cheeks!!!

Next I got a paper pack that co-in-sided with some really cute elements I picked up from Sara Schmutz. This kit's called "Delight." I also used paper from Twelve by Twelve Designs, Stitches from MaryAnn Wise, & a butterfly from Leora Sanford.

Love the little critters she created, their just so adorable!

Before I finish up here, I have some pretty exciting news, Tina from Creations by TinaMarie, has been published in this month's, Artisan Notebook!!! & I as part of her Creative Team, I got a chance to get a LO showcasing her designs in the magazine as well!!! YAY!!! I think it's so cool & I'm so proud of her & the rest of the girls on the CT!!! & of course myself!! Here's my LO I creating using the kit "Sunny Disposition"

Hello everyone, Have you missed me?? Well I have missed all of you! If you don't know I took a mini break to move...yes again!!! Happy to say we are settled in & I was able to get back to all my wonderful CT's!!! YAY! I truly adore scrapping, it gets my mind off things that are not so great & it let's me be creative!
So I have lots to share & I'll be back with even more fun stuff to share later, but for now here's what I got!

Che, from Che yang Designs has been working hard creating some extremely gorgeous kits, that I have had the pleasure playing with! I'll start with her kit celebrating Halloween & the month of October!

This October Day:

This kit is filled with such fun papers & elements! I love how it's not too overpowering with spooky stuff, but with just the right amount of cuteness!!

Love it!!! Her newest kit is called "Family Fun." I love the colors & sweet pattern's & elements! I had a lot of fun playing with this kit!! Here's a preview & my LO's using it:

Now to a beautiful kit called "An Autumn Affair to remember." Tina from Creations by Tinamarie, created a delicate kit with soft colors, papers & elements!

The next kit I'm going to share is a store collaboration from Little Dreamer Designs. It's called "Spooktacular" & It's a fun Halloween Kit made by the designers. There's so much Halloween inspired goodness jam packed into this mega kit! Here's a LO I created with it so far:

Where does the time go? I feel like I've been going 100 miles an hour for months!! It's not that I have so much to do, it's just my mind does!! LOL! Just too much sometimes!
Honestly though, all is good, real good!
Alex is all enrolled in school! She had such a great time with the kids the day I enrolled her! She got to spend some time with about 15 other toddlers for about an hour as I filled out the application! In fact, she didn't want to leave!! She will start, once I get a job. (Hopefully soon!!)
I have had three interviews & have filled out tons of apps. It's a little frustrating, but I know the right thing will come along soon!
We're moving next week! I'm so excited! It's going to be awesome! Alex & I will have our own studio apartment, if you will, in my brother's new house. It's downstairs. So we'll have our own little place! It has it's own kitchen, washer & dryer, bathroom, it's just like a studio! I LOVE IT!!!!

Ok, now for some scrapping!!! Che of Che Yang Designs is back with a sweet sweet kit called, Smell the Roses! Which you can get @ Mscraps! It's 20% off until Monday the 30th, so go pick it up!!! Here's a preview of the kit & my layout using it!!

Such a great kit! I think my favorite thing about this kit was Che's color choice! It's so soft & pretty, girly if you will!! The papers are beautiful & the elements bring just the right touch!!!

Since I'm sharing, I wanted to share some other LO's I did using kit's from my favorite designer, Liz of Paislee Press!!! The last few months with all that is going on, I have no digi scrapbooking fund. Zip, Zero. So you can imagine my delight when I got a birthday card from my mom with a GC in it!!! I went on a paislee press shopping spree!!! Here's some LO's I made!

Hey ladies!! Hope you all are having a good week & that all is well with each & every one of you!
We are doing good, getting ready for school & we're moving!! My brother just got a bigger house for all of us & I'm really excited! It's a really beautiful house! So things are pretty good! Still looking for a job, I didn't think it would take this long....but I'm just hoping a door openness soon!!

Hey everyone!! Hope everyone's week is going well & you all are looking forward to the weekend! I have a few new kit's to share from some of my CT's!! Hey everyone! I hope you are all doing well! Just a few things I wanted to share about how we are doing, Alex & I. Things are going ok on the home front. I am still looking for a job, but I hope to get one soon! *cross your fingers for me!!*
I have started the process of getting Alex enrolled into Pre k. I'm so totally excited!! I know she'll just love it!
Things for me have been tough. I am still having some really horrible days, but all I can do it take it one day @ a time! Sometimes I just dwell on the mess of my situation & it's so hard to be positive & see a happy ending. & I know it's there, of course it's there, it just looks soooooo far.
Nick & I have been talking, but he's convinced it is over. Which is hard to hear. I miss him so much. He has decided to join the Navy. Which makes me sad, because I don't know when we'll see him next. =( although I think it will teach him a lot. I am so proud of him.
He deserves to be happy & so do I. He is a great man & has a lot to offer the world. One of the things I love the most about him is that he can make me laugh so hard! I hope he finds what he is looking for & finds out more about himself. I'd love to see him comfortable & confident with who he is. I pray for the best for him.

What's new?!?

Hi everyone!!!! I just wanted to drop by & let you all know how we are doing! We have settled in nicely here in Sedona, Az.
It's really beautiful here & we seem to be enjoying ourselves! My brother & his roommates have been so wonderful, we're really blessed to have them helping us out!
I'm happy to say that I'm getting ready to return to all my loves!! Designing & CT's! YAY!!! I have really missed scrapping! I have gotten some offers for new CT's & I couldn't pass them up! So, I decided to cut this "vaca" short & get back to work!!
I'm still getting things ready & organized, but I'll be releasing a new kit soon!!

I have felt so blessed! & I'm looking forward to the future! Things are good & I'm working on my mind, body & soul! I have found a new me & I want to work harder than ever to get back on my feet. I'm really empowered to do my best & find myself again!
I haven't put myself first for a long time & I'm ready to be a little selfish! It's totally time!

So yes, I'm back & happy! Thanks for all the support I have received from so many of you, I can't begin to tell you all how much your words helped me! Well, I have decided to take a break from designing. I don't know for how long, but I wanted to let you all know. I'm separating from my boyfriend & am moving out. We almost made it to 7 years. I am deeply saddened by my situation. I feel like my heart has been ripped from my chest. I wanted to share because the digital scrapbooking community has always been a positive outlet for me. I've shared so much of myself in my LO's. Family especially. So, I feel like you really know me & my family. You've seen us through pictures & read a little about us here & through my journaling.
I hope for the best. I don't know what's going on in his mind & heart. I know where I stand, but I think this is the best for Alexandra. Please pray for me & my family, we need it more than ever, & I believe in the power of prayer!

I hope I will be able to come back & continue to design, I love it so much! Everything I use is Nick's so I can't take it. Once I settle in & get a job, put Alex in daycare, & get my life back together, I hope to be back!

I'm Alive!!!! I'm so sorry I have been gone. Things at home have been.......... let's just say not too good. But I'm steady working hard to make it better! Mother's Day.

I was sound asleep, when I was awakened by the sound of Alexandra crying. She looked confused (probably cause she was still half asleep!) & was crying that there were bugs in her hair & that they were biting her. She had a bad dream.
I comforted her & let her know it was just a dream & she was fine, mommy was here & she was safe. In that moment I felt wonderful that I could make her feel safe again, which in return made me feel amazing! Being a mother is an amazing blessing! I love my little girl with all my heart. Some days are hard, but I'm so thankful she is here.
To all the woman out there, Happy Mother's day!! I hope that each & everyone of you know, that you are needed & loved by your child/children, friends & family. Have a wonderful day, you deserve it!

Like I said yesterday, today I bring you a freebie kit called "Love Found."

I hope you enjoy this kit as much as I enjoyed creating it! Before I started this blog, I made all the kits that have been given so far, so I had a stock of kit's to give once Twelve by Twelve Designs was ready! This is the last of those kits! From here on out, all the new kits have been made since I opened up shop....a FREE shop! LOL! Anyways, here's some layouts I did with this kit:

Here's just a little sneak peek of what I have coming this Friday! I love, love, love owls!!! Alex's room is full of the cute little creatures & I just had to make a kit with them! This was one of the first kits I started & like I said before it took awhile to get finished! I work on multiple kits @ a time & this one kept getting pushed aside. I thought the theme was cute, but it got kinda hard to roll with it after awhile!! Maybe later I re-do it see what I come up with! But all in all I am happy with the finished kit! Spring Has Sprung

Hello my lovely's! How are we all doing today? I am enjoying sometime alone, while my honey took my little honey to the park. (You can imagine my excitement!)
Well, today I bring you some pictures I took yesterday on our trip to Carlsbad, Ca.
We had a wonderful day just taking in the beautiful flowers & beach, heaven! There's nothing like sitting on the beach, listening to the waves crash & feeling the sun on your skin! Wish I was there everyday!! My family LOVES the beach! We try to spend as many days there as we can in the summer!

The flower fields were gorgeous!!! This was our first time & it was amazing!! The colors were so vibrant & beautiful. There were so many people, but it was a lot of fun. We walked a long ways, but it was worth it! It's a must see & I can't believe this was my first time in my life, I've lived here my whole life!!!

All in all it was a perfect day & I hope I can do it again soon!

Hey everyone! How is your week going? Hopefully good! Well, I have had a pretty crazy one & it's only Tuesday!!! Last week, Nick, my BF, was helping a friend re-do his fence when the whole side of the fence fell on top of him, hitting him right in his face, as he went rolling down the hill, slamming into the side walk, knocking him out. He's ok & is being well taking care of! He got a pretty yucky looking black eye & a bruised collar bone, that may have shifted. We're waiting on the answer. His arm's in a sling & he's not a happy camper. but I'm just glad he's ok!
On a lighter note, I had sometime to put together a LO featuring my products from mother, daughter, bond! Here it is:
